DIEP Flap (natural tissue) Breast Reconstruction: Case 3 - Left DIEP flap (natural tissue) breast reconstruction with right breast lift (mastopexy) matching surgery

Description

At the same time as a left mastectomy to remove the breast tissue, we performed DIEP flap or Natural Tissue breast reconstruction to rebuild the left breast. She then had matching or breast symmetry surgery with a right breast lift to match the other side. The Nipple reconstruction was done at the same time as the matching symmetry surgery as a second stage. We were also able to perform fat grafting and liposuction to fix any asymmetries or imperfections to achieve a cosmetic result.
